Rules & Regulations
Booking Terms
- 01
25% of the total bill amount is required as token at the time of booking. An additional 75% of the total bill is required as advance one week prior to the event. Without a total of 100% advance, booking will not be considered as confirmed.
- 02
Advance is not refundable but adjustable in a next event with mutual understanding. If not so, cancellation charges of 25% are applicable 7 days before.
- 03
Stage decoration, floral arrangements and decorative lighting are not part of the package.
- 04
Changes in menu, arrangement or number of persons must be informed at least 7 days before the function.
- 05
Outside vendors are not allowed for stage & hall decoration.
Government Compliance
Punjab Food Authority
- Leave the hall at the timing of before 10:00 PM.
- Allowed to serve 1 dish to the guests.
- If any kind of violation, the party is responsible for the fine.

- — No fire work or firing is allowed in Victoria Grand Marquee.
